Introduction

A quick and easy veggie mix up to have and serve with pasta, rice, chicken or over a potato. A quick and easy veggie mix up to have and serve with pasta, rice, chicken or over a potato.

Ingredients

    2 Carrots
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 cup of Onion
    Bountifuls Hearty Italian Dressing

Directions

Cut Carrots, Peppers and Onion into pieces or strips.
Add salad dressing to a skillet.
Add vegetables to skillet and cook until tender. Add small amount of water to help cook veggies if needed.

Divide in half and use with your favorite recipes.

Makes 2 servings!
