Ingredients

    1 lb cooked roasted chicken meat, skin and bone removed (weight after removing bone
    3 6oz cont. Fage 0 greek yogurt
    2 cans of 98% FF Cream of Chicken Soup
    8 oz Weight Watchers Mexican Cheese
    10 Carb balance Soft Taco Size Tortillas
    1 can diced green chilies
    1/2 cup 2% milk

Directions

Mix Fage, chicken soup, green chilies and milk in a bowl. Divide into 2 dishes. Add chicken to one half of the sauce. Add 4 oz (half of the bag) of cheese to the chicken. Put about 1/2 cup of sauce w/o chicken in the bottom of baking dish. Fill tortillas with equal amounts of chicken mixture. Roll and set side by side in the baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the tortillas. Bake at 350 for 35-45 min or until mixture is bubbly. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of enchaladas and cook for 5 more min. Allow to sit for 5-10 min. Serve 10.
