Ingredients

    1 Bag Trader Joe's GF Brownie Baking Mix
    1 Large Egg
    1/2 cup canola oil
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1.4 cup water

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray 8" by 8" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Combine contents of brownie mix, 1 egg, 1/2 cup canola oil and 1/4 cup water in mixing bowl. Blend thouroughly with blender or by hand.
4. Fold in 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts.
5. Spread batter evenly in the baking pan.
6. Bake for 3- minutes or until toothpuck inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Run knife around edge of pan before removing.

Makes 12 servings.
