Introduction

This recipe is a real oldie! But I have modified it in a few ways. The graham cracker crust in not included in the nutritional values, so this is for the filling only. You can further cut back on calories by using far free evap milk and neufchatel cheese. This recipe is a real oldie! But I have modified it in a few ways. Ingredients

    1 Can evaporated milk
    1 large box Sugar Free Jello lemon or Lime
    1 C boiling water
    1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
    scant 1 C Splenda granulated sweetner

Directions

Chill evap milk in freezer for an hour or 2 before starting. Dissolve Jello mix in 1 cup boiling water and cool until slightly thickened. Beat together cream cheese and splenda in a medium bowl. Whip chilled evap milk until soft peaks form. Blend Jello into cream cheese mixture unti smooth. Fold Jello/Cream cheese misture into whipped evap milk, mix until blended. Pour into a prepared graham cracker crust. Chill until set.
