    *All grains measured dry

    1/4 cup steel cut oats
    1/4 cup brown basmati rice
    1/4 cup pearled barley
    1/2 cup wheat bran
    3/4 cup rolled oats

    salt and honey to taste


Combine the grains with 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a bare simmer and cook until the porridge is creamy.

Makes 5 servings. Re-heats well.
