    1 cup chopped jicama (raw)
    .5 cup chopped red tomatoes
    .25 cup chopped white onion
    1 chopped chile
    2 tsp chopped cilantro
    .5 cup lemon juice
    1 tsp salt


chop the jicama, tomato, onion, cilantro and chie.
mix all the ingredients in a bowl,
add lemon juice and salt
