Ingredients

    1 large Yellow Zucchini, sliced
    1 stalk Broccoli, small pieces
    5 Cauliflower flowerets, small pieces
    0.5 Onion, chopped (not too small)
    0.5 (equivalent) sweet Peppers (yellow, red, orange and/or green)
    6 or so Mushrooms, cut into pieces
    1 tsp minced garlic
    0.5 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    1.5 tsp Steak Spice

Directions

heat olive oil then add rest of ingredients. Toss to ensure that vegetables are well coated with spices and garlic. Stir fry for 20 minutes (until broccoli and cauliflower are tender)
