    3/4# of Haddock
    2 tbsp fresh grated/shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
    1 tbsp dill weed


1. pre-heat broiler/grill depending on how you plan to cook
2. mix yogurt, cheese & dill in small bowl

Grilling instructions:
3. grill haddock on tinfoil 5 minutes.
4. flip haddock, spread yogurt over top cook for 5 more minutes.

Broiling instructions:
3. broil haddock on high for 5 minutes
4. spread yogurt over top, cook for 3 more minutes

* Haddock should seperate easily with fork and be opaque when done.
