    1 pack of Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal (I used the maple brown sugar flavor in the calculations.)

    1/2 oz. griound pecans (abt. 14 halves)

    2/3 c. water

    8 oz. skim milk


Prepare the oatmeal according to package instructions or your personal preference.

Grind or finely shop the walnuts and add them to the oatmeal.

The milk is for drinking or you can use part of it in place of the water to make the oatmeal.
