    1.25 cup Egg substitute, liquid
    1 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract,
    40 grams Light butter,
    0.5 cupFat free half and half
    Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares, 4 square (1 oz)
    Flour, whole grain, .75 cup
    1 teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.

Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat; set aside. In a mixer, beat eggs, sugar, half and half and vanilla at high speed for 10 minutes**. Blend in chocolate mixture, flour and salt until just mixed.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes. (Don't overbake.) Cool
