    4 oz flank steak
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp garlic
    .5 tbsp rosemary


Marinade steak in vinegar, garlic and rosemary. Add .5 tsp olive oil to adhere sauce to beef. Grill or broil through. Serve with wilted greens and faux mashed potatoes
