    1 medium Avocados, California (Haas), fruit only
    .5 C Nancy's Plain Yogurt (organic)
    .25 C lowfat cottage cheese
    .5 tbsp white vinegar
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    .5 tbsp dill weed
    1 tsp sea salt
    2 tsp garlic powder


Mix all ingredients in blender until smoothe.
Makes approximately 16, 1 tbsp servings.
