    # Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    # Salt, 1 tsp
    # *stevia - 1 packet, 36 serving (remove)
    # Smart Balance, Smart Balance Omega Plus Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp, 8 serving
    # Banana, fresh, 0.5 cup, mashed
    # *8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk, 1.5 oz
    vanilla extract 1tsp
    # Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    # Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    # Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 18.5 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven 375 Deg. Beat 2 eggs. Mix in stevia, vanilla extract, and milk. In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Beat wet mixture and slowly add dry mixture. Once blended, stir in chocolate chips. Bake for 10 minutes. Makes about 30--2.5 inch cookies.
