Ingredients

    * 3 Cups Black (or Kalamata) Olives
    * 3 tsp. Olive Oil
    * 3 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
    * 1 or 2 cloves Garlic

Directions

Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend for a few seconds until smooth. The paste will be slightly granular (chunky).
Note: Adjust vinegar to taste.
