Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 2 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi
    Garlic, 1 cloves
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp (Sambaal Oelek)
    Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia)
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp

Directions

Clean silverskin off of pork tenderloin

Mix all ingredients together ( using lime zest and a bit of juice if desired)
Marianate pork for at least an hour.

Cook in oven at 500*F for 5 minutes and then turn down to 300*F and cook until well done!!
Can be cooked on the BBQ.
