    2 packages gnocci
    1 large jar of tomato sauce
    4 links turkey or chicken italian sausage
    2oz fresh mozserlla sliced (or use shredded)


cook gnochi according to packag
remove sausage from casings and sautee in a pan
once cooked, combine the sausage, gnocci, and tomato sauce

put mixture in a baking dish coated in non-stick cooking spray. top with mozzerlla cheese and cover with foil. bake 20 minutes then remove foil and back another 5-10 minutes.
