    Olive Oil, .33 cup
    Hazelnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Basil, 12 oz. fresh leaves
    Parmesan cheese, .25 cup
    *Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust - one package
    Goat Cheese, Soft, 3 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, .25 cup chopped


To make pesto sauce - In a small saucepan, heat the EVOO, garlic and rosemary sprig over medium-low heat and let steep for 5 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes, then discard the rosemary and pour the oil and garlic into a food processor. Add the nuts, basil and parmesan and process into a thick paste. Season with salt, pepper and the nutmeg, if using.

Preheat pizza stone. Roll out dough on cornmeal sprinkled cutting board. Top with pesto, goat cheese, sliced onions, and chopped sundried tomatoes. Carefully slide onto hot pizza stone. Bake according to package directions.
