    3 Cans Diced Potatos
    1/2 cup Celery, Diced
    1/2 cup Carrots, Diced
    1/2 cup Onions, Chopped
    1 1/2 TBSP Butter
    2 TBSP Cornstarch
    1 cup 2% Milk
    4 cups Water


Saute the onion, carrots and celery in the butter until tender. About 5 minutes. Drain potatoes, save liquid.

Take liquid from potatoes and add enough water to make four cups.

Put potatoes and onion mixture in crockpot with the water mix. Add salt, pepper and parsley.

Cook on low for about 5 hrs.

Then mix the cornstarch into the milk till there are no lumps, then add into the crockpot.

Cook for another hour.

Total crockpot time 6 hrs.

Makes about 10 - 1 cup servings.
