    new potatoes cooked
    1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
    1/2 tbsp celery seeds
    handful of chopped parsley
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    2 strips each of red and yellow bell peppers chopped
    2 to 3 tbsp of light mayo
    salt and pepper


Cook new potatoes with salt and pepper in microwave for 4 minutes. When the potatoes are cold, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Rectify the seasonnings.
Put in fridge for a couple of minutes and voilą, great side dish. Serves 3
