Introduction

Pretty much exactly as it sounds! Pretty much exactly as it sounds!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 medium sized baking potatoes - sliced very thin
    1 can HC Cream of Mushroom Soup (I only usually end up using 3/4 of the can)
    1/2 C 2% milk cheddar cheese - shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
In a pie dish, layer the potatoes until they are at the top of the dish. Spoon the mushroom soup over them, then top with the shredded cheese. Bake for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Makes 6 servings.
