Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    1 can stewed tomatoes (pureed)
    1 can stewed tomatoes, no salt added, pureed
    1 can Diced tomatoes-no salt added
    1lb Ground turkey burger
    1-2 small/med zucchini, half moon slices
    1 cup 1% Cottage Cheese
    1/2 cup of parm cheese
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    6 Mushroom, sliced
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    5 Ronzoni Whole Wheat Lasagna

    Spices to tastes, italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed pepper flakes--whatever spices you enjoy!

Directions

Brown ground turkey, onions, and garlic in skillet over medium heat for about 5-6 minuets.

Add all ingredients but the lasagna noodles to crock-pot and let simmer on low for 6-8 hours.

Smash up lasagna noodles and cook as directed on package. Mix into Crockpot.

When serving top with mozzarella cheese (not included in nutritional info)
