    1 cup sliced green peppers
    1 cup sliced red peppers
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped mushrooms


Wash and clean out all peppers, celery and mushrooms.
Chop peppers, mushrooms and celery, thickness, as desired.
Mix all ingredients together and sauté, med-high for 5 minutes. For less crunchy, sauté longer.

Makes 4 - 1/2 cup servings
