Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 lb
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1/2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, minced
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Egg Noodles, 16 oz
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1/2 cup
    Nutmeg, ground, 3 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine egg, water, breat crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Add ground beef broken into chunks, and mush with your hands to combine. Form into meatballs about 1" in diameter and place on a broiler pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until meatballs are no longer pink in center.

Cook egg noodles according to package directions. set aside.

In saucepan mix together cream of chicken soup, milk and nutmeg. Heat over LOW heat. After ingredients have heated add sour cream. Serve immed.

To serve place egg noodles on plate, add meatballs then top with sauce.
