    Egg, fresh, 12 large
    Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread, 2 slices, cubed Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 15 large, sliced
    Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 5 oz
    Roasted Red Peppers, 0.5 cup, sliced or chopped
    Non-Fat Milk 1 cup


Layer bread, red and green peppers, feta and olives in a medium sprayed baking dish.

Sramble eggs with milk, add salt and pepper to taste and pour over the other ingredients in the baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees in a water bath for 60 minutes or until set.
