A refreshing blender drink for breakfast or anytime. A refreshing blender drink for breakfast or anytime.
Number of Servings: 5


    1 cup frozen blueberries, unthawed
    2 fresh peaches
    1 cup milk 1%
    1 cup Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt, any flavor
    1 tray ice cubes


Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend, tightly covered until uniformly smooth.

Makes 5 1-cup servings.

  • I used fresh blueberries, since they are in season. The peaches and blueberries complemented each other. Also, I used vanilla soy milk and ice cubes. Very good and filling! - 7/19/09
