uses low fat cream cheese, 1 % milk, uses low fat cream cheese, 1 % milk,

    1 8 oz pkg low fat cream cheese cubed
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked and cubed)-about 3 cups
    16 oz frozen mixed vegies (might want to use less)
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    1 egg
    1/2 cup lowfat milk
    1 cup (light) all purpose baking mix


Heat to 400 degrees.
COOKcream chesse and broth in lg. saucepan on low heat until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently with wire whisk. Stir in chicken, veggies, and garlic salt.
SPOON into 9 inch pie plate. Beat egg and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended' stir in baking mix until moistened. Spoon over chicken mixture. Place pie plate on baking sheet
BAKE 25-30 min or until golden brown
