    1 onion
    1 Red Pepper
    1 Green Pepper
    1 Zuccini
    4 bonless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 tsp ginger
    1 clove garlic
    2 TBS Teriyaki Sauce (I used Kikkomen)
    pam cooking spray


Stir fry Veggies, garlic, and ginger in pan coated lightly with cooking spray, approximately 5 minutes over high heat until tender-crisp. Set aside, keep warm.

Stir fry sliced chicken breasts, add more Pam cooking spray if necessary.

When chicken is no longer pink, add veggies and teriyaki sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice. Makes about six servings.
