    4 c. shredded green cabbage
    1 c. shredded red cabbage
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium red pepper, chopped
    4 green onions, finely chopped

    1 c. (8 oz) sour cream
    1 tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 packets subar substitute
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp white pepper


In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Pour cabbage mixture and stir to coat. Serve immediately.
