    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    4 Tbsp. scallions
    1 Bell pepper (any color), chopped
    1 Zucchini, chopped
    1 bunch of broccoli, chopped
    1 cup chopped button mushrooms
    1 can green beans
    2 Tbsp. light soy sauce


Add olive oil to skillet. Heat the garlic and scallions. Add all other veggies and the soy sauce. Heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
