Introduction

A good way to use up leftover rice-one of our favorite ways to use up our lettover rice from Chinese takeout. Sprinkle with cinnamon for even more flavor! Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups cooked white rice
    1 cup milk, 1%
    1 large egg, beaten
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Put in a small baking dish, sprayed with cooking oil. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Do not let it dry out.
