    70 grams - Chopped Red Onion
    145 grams - Cherry Tomatoes, cut
    3 oz - chicken breast, previously cooked
    5 grams - garlic (about one clove)
    1 tsp - Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tsp - Olive Oil
    14 grams - Reduced Fat Blue Cheese Crumbles


Toss tomatoes and onions and chicken together in a medium bowl.

In a small bowl combine garlic, olive oil and balsamic vinegar together and whisk. Season with salt and pepper.

Toss tomatoes and onions and chicken with the dressing and top with crumbled blue cheese.
