Ingredients

    1 lbs - ground turkey
    6 lasagna noodles
    Kraft part skim mozzarella (2 cups)
    1.5 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 bag baby spinach
    1 jar classico roasted pepper alfredo sauce

Directions

Boil noodles as directed - set aside
Brown turkey
After turkey is browned add mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach. Once spinach cooks down add alfredo sauce.
In a 9x13 pan layer noodles and meat mixture (x2) top with cheese and bake for 10 min at 400 Degrees.

I add garlic and other seasonings as desired.
