    6 cups clear Jell
    6 cups cold water
    9 cups sugar
    1 T. salt
    23 cups hot water
    food coloring if desired
    2 T. lemon juice
    1-1/2 tsp. almond extract
    6 qt. raspberries


In a large bowl, combine the clear Jell with the cold water until smooth. In a very large kettle, combine the sugar, salt, hot water, food coloring if disired and the lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the clear jell mixture. Return to low heat and cook and stir for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and add almond extract and raspberries. Place into clean Jars and hot water bath for 20 minutes. makes about 13 quarts. I figure 8 serving per quart for a total of 104 servings.
