Ingredients

6 oz Imitation Crab Meat OR 6 oz can white crabmeat, drained, flaked
4 oz. Non-Fat Cream Cheese, softened
    1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced or grated
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
    1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
    1/4 cup Light Mayonnaise
    12 won ton wrappers

Directions

Makes 12 servings

HEAT oven to 350°F. Mix first 4 ingredients.

SPRAY 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. Line each with won ton wrapper, extending edges of wrappers over sides of cups. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes and then fill with crab mixture. (This keeps bottom of wonton crispy).

BAKE for an additional 15 minutes or until won tons are golden brown and filling is heated through.

    Good
Theses are good; a little salty. I think I would rinse the crabmeat to get all of the salt off. Maybe some more garlic or other seasoning because they were a little bit bland. - 5/26/12

    Incredible!
I was a total junkie for these (in their nasty MSG laden deep fat fried form) back before I changed my eating habits, and I missed them. These are AWESOME and don't leave you with that heavy, greasy version the restaurant ones do. - 5/3/10
