simply take all ingrediants and put them in the blender, and blend until smooth. This is the Best quick Breakfast ever.
Directions
This makes enought for two servings. Take two bananas, 2 cups frozen berries, 2cups milk, one cup yogurt, and 4 table spoons from flax. then blend and even put in some crushed Iced to make it tasty!
