    4-5 cups zucchini; peeled, seeded, cubed; cooked until tender
    1-1/2 cups sugar substitute
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 cup lemon juice
    1/2 cup crumb mixture

    Crumb Mixture:
    4 cups flour
    2 cups sugar substitute
    1-1/2 cups butter
    1/2 tsp salt


Mix first six ingredients and set aside.

Mix crumb ingredients until crumbly. Take out 1/2 cup of crumb mix, set aside. Divide remaining crumbs in half. Put half in 9 x 13 pan and press in, bake at 350*F 10 to 15 minutes. Mix other half of crumb mix with cooked mixture and pour on top of cooked crumb mix. Top with remaining crumbs sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes.
