Ingredients

    340 grams - Catelli Smart Spaghetti Pasta
    2 tbsp. - Becel Light Margarine
    1/2 cup - chopped onions
    1/2 cup - chopped celery
    1 can - Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 can - 1% Milk
    2 tbsp. - Dried parsley
    1 tbsp. - garlic powder
    1/4 cup - grated parmesan

Directions

Cook spaghetti according to pkg. and drain.
Melt margarine in a skillet, add onion and celery and saute until soft. Add soup, milk, parsley, garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Simmer until heated through. Add drained pasta and toss.

Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings.
