*McCain Oven Roast Potatoes, 16 oz
*Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, 8 oz
    Egg, fresh, 12 large
Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 8 oz
    Non-fat milk 1 cup

Spray skillet with non-stick spray and brown turkey sausage, stiring occasionally and separating the chunks.

While sausage is cooking, heat potatoes in a sprayed skillet. Once they are heated through, put the potatoes in a sprayed medium baking dish. After sausage is cooked, place in baking dish on top of potatoes.

Scramble the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper to taste, and cook until almost set. Spread the eggs over the potato and sausage mixture and then top with cheese.
