    2 tbsp olive oil
    3/4 cup diced red onion
    1 can diced tomatoes (398 ml)
    1 can black beans (540 ml)
    1 can red kidney beans (540 ml)
    400 grms frozen corn
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tbsp cumin
    1/4 tsp cayanne
    1 tbsp salt
    1/2 tbsp black pepper


sauté onions until soft
add garlic and seasonings
strain beans and corn and add
add tomatoes
cook on med high heat stirring occasionally
add 1/4 - 1/2 cup water to reach desired consistency
makes roughly 6-1 cup servings
