    1 large organic carrot
    2 small organic apples (any kind)
    2 large organic celery stalks
    1-2 slices of organic, fresh ginger root


Run all organic produce through your juicer after it has been washed. The apples will probably need to be sliced in halves depending on their overall size and your juicer. Carrots do not need to be peeled, nor do apples or ginger root. Chop a good chunk of the ginger root and put it into the juicer while you juice the apples. Read your juicer's manufaturer instructions for use of your juicer.
