    2 c. Flour, 2 t. baking powder, 1 t. baking soda, 1/2 t. salt, 2 c. buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1/4 c. vegetable oil


Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients. Mix wet into dry ingredients. Spoon onto griddle and cook both sides until golden.
