    6 lg eggs
    1/2 cup cheese
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup each green & red peppers
    1/4 red or green onions
    4 slices of whole wheat bread
    1.5 tbsp bacon bits


1) toast the bread and then cut off crust. Lay them on the bottom of a 9x9 cake pan.
2) mix everything but the cheese & dill, pour over toast.
3) sprinkle cheese & dill on top. Cover with plastic wrap, place in fridge overnight.
4) In the morning place in 350 degree oven and bake 40 mins or until egg is cooked.
