Introduction

Ingredients

    1 stick of butter, unsalted
    1/4 c Splenda Granular
    3/4 c Brown Sugar Splenda
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
    1/2 c. vanilla whey powder
    3/4 c almond flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 c chocolate chips

Directions

Cream together the butter, sugars, egg and vanilla extract. Mix in another bowl the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Add chips. Spoon onto a greased sheet. Bake 9 minutes.
Makes approx. 28 cookies.
