    Custard Powder 1 tbsp
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 1.5 tsp
    Milk, non-fat 1 cup


Blend together the custard powder and the splenda blend with a little of the milk, until a smooth, thin, paste.

Stir in remaining milk. Place in microwave and heat on full power for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue to heat in about 10 - 20 second bursts, stirrring each time, until custard has thickened and cooked. (Time will vary according to microwave etc)
