Introduction

Can substitute different vegetables to your liking!!!! Tastes even better the next day! Can substitute different vegetables to your liking!!!! Tastes even better the next day!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 package of frozen broccoli
    1 package of frozen vegetables
    2 cups of frozen snap beans
    1 can corn
    1 can sweet peas
    3 chicken bouillion cubes
    2 cups water
    1 rotisserie chicken (de-boned and skinless)
    1 1/2 cup bisquick mix
    3/4 cup nonfat milk

Directions

Debone chicken and remove skin. Put in a large pot. Add in all vegetables. Add water and 2 bouillion cubes. Cook together for 20 minutes. Season to taste.

Add bisquick mix with milk; crumble in 1 bouillion cube. Stir.

Pour chicken mixture into baking pan. Spoon raw bisquick mix on top. Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes (or until biscuits are cooked).
