Watercress lightly stir fried. Watercress lightly stir fried.

    8 Cups Watercress
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 Tsp Oyster Sauce


1. Heat Olive Oil in hot pan
2. Add cleaned Watercress and stir fry for about 1 minute
3. Add Oyster Sauce and stir fry for another minute.

Makes 4 Servings about 1 cup each
