Ingredients

    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Whole Buttermilk, 1 cup
    Idahoan Real Premium Mashed Potatoes (mix), 2 Cups
    Water 2 1/2 cup

Directions

Boil the water, remove from heat, add kidney beans. Mash beans in water (it will not be smooth or blended), add potatoes and begin using mixer on low speed to combine ingredients, slowly add buttermilk.

*We like our potatoes on the thick side, additional milk may be desired*
