    2 pounds ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1/2 a carton of mushrooms
    1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    Dash of pepper
    2 cups of shreded cheese
    12 pre-fixed bisquits


Ground the beef in a skillet until brown. Add mushrooms and onions. Poor into a casserole dish and add ketchup, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Mix together. Spread 1 cup of cheese over meat. Top with the bisquits. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of cheese over the bisquits. Cook in oven on 350 until bisquits are brown. Enjoy!
