    *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 4 tbsp
    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup
    Mix with 1.25 C. boiling water & let sit for 20 min.

    Add remaining ingredients & stir well:
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 48 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.33 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp

    Optional (not included in calorie count): raisins, chocolate chips, coconut


Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min in 9x13" greased pan.

Makes 24 2" pieces.
