    2 cups lime sherbet, softened
    1 8oz container cream cheese spread
    1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    8 oz cool whip lite, thawed


Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil. Spoon sherbet into prepared pan; spread to form an even layer in pg an. Freeze for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese spread in large bowl with wire whisk until creamy. Gradually add condensed milk and lemon juice, beating until well blended. Stir in whipped topping; spread over sherbet later in pan.

Freeze at least 3 hours or overnight. Invert loaf onto a serving plate and remove foil. Garnish with lemon and lime slices, if desired.
